Dissolving Boundaries, Resolving Worlds – Architectural reflection on camouflage.
Typeface: Simplon Mono by Emmanuel Rey
Camouflage deals with visual ambiguity and the manipulation of the mechanisms of perception in order to deceive and hide from the enemy. The design of the layout is inspired by the work of Ellsworth Kelly (military service as a member of the Camouflage Battalion attached to the Ghost Army in Normandy). The textual structure constitutes different camouflage patterns and some pictures are encrypted within the text flow (ASCII code).
