Reporter ohne Grenzen, the German section of Reporters Without Borders, is supporting and encouraging the difficult and dangerous work of journalists all over the world. The sale of each magazine is a crucial support of calling attention on human rights, and of fighting against censorship and laws that undermine the freedom of press.
In diesem Buch wir jede Seite zum Blickfang (…). Jede Seite des Bandes ist ein Innehalten wert, lohnt ein genaues Studium.
Menschen machen Medien, 2011
onlab perceives freedom of the press as the very foundation of its work. Convinced of the significance of the work of Reporters Without Borders, onlab supports the German section by redesigning the organization’s year book, which was released on the occasion of the World Press Freedom Day, May 3rd, 2010.
Kress Awards 2010 – Winner in the section “Relaunch of the Year”
onlab aims to create a direct access to the magazine’s content through the use of multi-level narration and the introduction of two chapters: “Facts and Figures” and “Essays”. The result is a clearer layout and overall guidance, which makes the year book accessible to a broader audience.
